1. What is BuyTheWear?

BuyTheWear is a UK-based brand offering high-quality rep clothing and accessories at affordable prices. We bring you premium, on-trend styles—without the designer price tag.

2. Are your items authentic designer products?

No. Our products are replicas (reps), inspired by designer brands. We handpick pieces that are high quality and true to the original design so you can enjoy the same look and feel for less.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and want to order, get in touch—we’ll do our best to help.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your location and stock availability. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

5. How much is shipping?

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a small delivery fee (shown at checkout) applies.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

7. How do I return an item?

Email shop@buythewear.com with your order number, and we’ll send return instructions. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

8. Are your products true to size?

We aim for accurate sizing, but slight variations can occur by style. Always check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
